bio: He is a member of the famous Berlitz family from sinnoh but keeps it secret by going by his nickname Number 4. He is very strong in battle becoming a member of the elite four at the age of 13. Since then all he does is train by going around an battling strong trainers. He is almost impossible to track down unless you have a match with the elite 4. So far he is undefeated and is starting to lose hope of finding a strong trainer. He plans to retire from the elite 4 and wander the world with his dragon pokemon.
